If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for both one-time purchases (such as a Full Report) and your most recent subscription payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are self-serve. Two ways:

• Open your dashboard, find the report or subscription in question, and click Request refund. We'll process it back to your original card within minutes.
• Or email us at contact@tools4humanity.com and we'll handle it for you.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period. The 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent subscription charge.
