1. Who we are
PriceKy is operated by N3XU® – Social Independent Lab & Think Tank ("N3XU", "we", "us"). N3XU is the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with PriceKy. You can reach us at contact@tools4humanity.com or via https://n3xu.org.
2. What personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), authentication identifiers.
- Profile and usage data — your offers, categories, saved reports, client workspaces, settings.
- Support data — messages and attachments you send when contacting us.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser identifiers, log files, approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see "Cookies" below.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)

4. Who we share it with
- Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles card processing, subscription billing, invoicing, fraud prevention, and refunds on our behalf. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for serving the app, storing data, and sending transactional email (e.g. our cloud hosting and email-delivery providers).
- AI model providers — to generate reports, prompts and the strict minimum context required may be processed by third-party AI providers. We do not sell your data and do not allow it to be used to train third-party foundation models.
- Analytics and security tools — to understand product usage and protect the service.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, or audit advisors when needed.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or the UK.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, invoices for tax purposes — typically up to 7 years).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Port your data to another service;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for credentials, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.
9. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies — required to sign you in, keep you signed in, and operate the service.
- Analytics cookies — to understand aggregate product usage and improve PriceKy.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the service from working.
10. Children
PriceKy is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the latest version.
